A Commerce graduate from the University of Delhi, Mr. Rakesh Grover had always thought out of the box and worked upon shifting paradigms from their accustomed essence. With his clear objectives to standardize processes to improve the consistency of the output, he was able to turn this small scale industry into the present day women intimate clothing giant.

He spearheaded innovation in the fields of technology enhancement, organized production, marketing & sales coordinates and brought renaissance in this industry. Groversons, hence, became the first Indian company in lingerie manufacturing to get the ISO 9001:2000 certification and carved its own niche by consistently delivering and meeting world-class standards for customer satisfaction.

His cardinal role in the formation and shaping up of IAAI (Intimate Apparel Association of India) was much appreciated and acknowledged by all. He is currently the President of the Association and is instrumental in ensuring its smooth and innovative working which is comprehensively centric to improvement of the Indian Lingerie Industry. He has also received the prestigious “INDIAN POWER BRANDS HALL OF FAME AWARD” for the most sought after entrepreneurship, diligence and hard work.
